FAQs

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the office immediately. If the appointment is cancelled or missed without 24 hours prior notice, you will be charged for the missed session. This amount will be billed directly to the client and not covered by insurance.

I’m not a Christian or religious. Can I still become a client?

At Grace CW, we welcome clients who desire support, help, and change. Your religious or non-religious affiliation does not hinder our role in helping you meet your desired goals.

How long will I be in counseling?

Sessions typically meet for 50 minutes weekly. Because each individual or family differ in their motivation for attending, we cannot give a set timeframe when you will meet your goals. Ultimately, your commitment to therapy will be the key factor in your progress.
